1. We offer free freight on orders placed online or via fax, ONLY on regular priced items.
2. Minimum of $100.00 is required to receive free freight and all purchases must be paid with a credit card.
3. All orders will be processed the same day or the next business day.
   Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be considered the next business day.
4. Valid only on UPS ground shipments within the United States. (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
5. Free freight offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, which includes sale items, wholesale prices, quantity prices, and group membership discounts.
6. Offer is not available on rolls of backings, 14” x 20” bundles, 15” x 15” bundles, thread racks, thread boxes and cases of spray products.
7. Minimum of $20.00 required on credit card puchases.
8. PLEASE NOTE: All packages are shipped UPS Ground, unless noted otherwise. UPS shipping cost is dependent on the weight of the package, speediness of delivery and location of the delivery zip code, NOT on monetary value. UPS charges additional fees for Residential orders. Marathon Thread determines shipping cost once orders have been pulled to maintain better weight accuracy and does not charge extra handling fees. If you would like an estimate on shipping costs before the order is released, please note so in the comments box.

*** Return Policy ***

1. No merchandise may be returned for credit without a prior authorization number from a customer representative.
   All returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.
2. No merchandise will be accepted for credit after 30 days from date of invoice.
3. All items for credit must be unused and in its original packaging.
4. All Returns must be received within 14 days of authorization, otherwise the authorization becomes void.
5. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $5 handling fee, which ever is greater.
