WATER SOLUBLE FILM: 7″x7″ (100pcs)

Water Soluble Film is used as a topping for delicate washable fabric with a pile, such as polar fleece and terry cloth. It is a very thin gelatin sheet that dissolves with a light mist of water from a spray bottle. Water Soluble Film is mainly used to keep the stitches from sinking into the pile of the fabric. This is not considered to be a stabilizer.
